The BCA is an intensive 6-month group coaching program for people (10 participants) who have previously attended a BoxLoreTM event and are ready to make change happen!!! With the help of your BoxLore host and other bad ass box crushers, you will be lead through a series of steps that will have you:

• Identify specific areas of your life where you may be feeling boxed in
• Assess your true readiness for change
• Prioritize which boxes you want to crush first
• Develop a clear vision for living box-free
• Develop a specific plan for crushing the box
• Make change happen! Crush the box with confidence and with support from others going through a similar life-changing experience
